REGION MEETING (ONLY ONCE A YEAR) ending out the century

DATE---August 7th, 1999

LOCATION--Best Western Hotel, 1545 Wayne Ave, Indiana, PA

START TIME-Promptly 9:30 AM (this is to allow those that have a great distance of travel)

I would hope that all of the Officers and Program Directors of the Region will attend. If you find that this date does not meet with a previous schedule or commitment, PLEASE send someone in you place. We need someone from all the patrols of the Region.

This is the only MEETING the Region has prior the start of the season. The meeting is to get to to all of you the schedules of the OEC and S & T clinics and evaluation dates. It is also an open format to talk about anything you may have on your mind and would want to air it to the others.

I'm also pleased that the new Division Director Bill Sachs is taking time out of his very busy schedule to attend with our ADD for the Region Jerry Sherman. They will be available to answer questions that you may have.

A special thanks to Boyce Park Patrol Director Jim Jacobs and Tim Stawovy Patrol Director of Willowbrook. They have offered to sponsor the lunch. As in the past if someone needs coffee during the meeting they will be on there own. The hotel does not have a coffee bar so as a suggestion if you can't do without a "cup" for two hours please stop and do a "carry in."

Hope to see you all there. Remenber this meeting is very important. Again please, either you or someone you would want to get the information be at this meeting. Please make the effort - there will not be any more Region meetings this century, this is a promise from me to you.
